Kingston Ontario Kingston, Ontario, Canada. The RMC Memorial Arch was erected by ex-cadets from the college beginning with the Emin Pasha Relief Expedition 1887-90. The Arch continues as the memorial for fallen cadets for all campaigns in which cadets have served since 1876 It is designed as a Roman triumphal arch by John M. Lyle 1872-1945, a Canadian architect.
