SPAIN, SEVILLE: The Seville Fair (officially and in Spanish: Feria de abril de Sevilla, "Seville April Fair") is held in the Andalusian capital of Seville. The fair generally begins two weeks after the Semana Santa, or Easter Holy Week.Women and girls dress up in colorful Flamenco dresses and men in traditional suits. There is even a special dance called "Sevillana". Hundreds of little huts, called Casetas, are built up in a whole part of Seville. Most of them are private and others open for everybody. People party and dance all night long. During the day they gather for eating or in order to visit the fun fair, show off their horses or ride in a horse-drawn carriage.
