Owing to the strike of tanker drivers, one of the last places in London where the private motorist can still obtain petrol is this garage in Roehampton, where the ration is two gallons to each customer. A car is seen being filled up with the precious two gallons. Motorists in distress are being directed to the 'oasis' by the R.A.C.
