U.S. Air Force Maj. Mark Hutton, 115th Airlift Squadron, California Air National Guard, prepares to drop a line or fire retardant from a C-130J Hercules near Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, April 22, 2011. The C-130 is equipped with the Modular Airborne Firefighting System which is capable of dispensing 3,000 gallons of water or fire retardant in under 5 seconds.
