Simon Weston in Stanley in the Falkland Islands where they are flying the Union Jack on the evening of 'liberation day' on the 25th anniversary of the Falklands conflict. Weston survived the bombing of the ship RFA Sir Galahad, in which 48 men died, but with horrific burn injuries to his face. His courage during the years of recovery has led to him being in great demand as a commentator on both the Falklands and soldiers lives in general.
