Fakhri Khilifat, the commanding general of 3rd Armored Division, Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army, at an award ceremony Jan. 9, 2017 in Jordan. The ceremony concluded a 15-day training exercise in Jordan that focused on NCO development and interoperability of U.S. and Jordanian armored forces.
