Capt. Michael Davis, Battalion Operations Officer initiated efforts with the Army Corps of Engineers, 412th Theater Engineer Command, and Miami-Dade College four months prior to enable 35 officers to become qualified in the Project Engineer W6 Additional Skill Identifier (ASI).
