Relatives, settlers and several social movements are protesting in central Sao Paulo, Brazil, on November 30, 2017, against the decision of Judge Débora Faitarone, who in a ruling published on November 22, acquitted the five military police accused of murdering Alex Dalla Vecchia and Ailton dos Santos on July 31, 2014, understanding that there was a legitimate defense, clearing the police of all charges. Three years ago, Alex and Ailton were killed by military police officers after entering a building to paint.
