RMPW86DE–Lynn Edwards, registered dietitian nutritionist and certified dietitian with Morrison Healthcare, contracted through Mayo Clinic Health System, shows a sprig of cilantro to Fort McCoy employees during a cooking demonstration Sept. 19, 2017, outside building 2187 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The demonstration was organized by the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center Wellness Committee, which promotes and encourages healthy lifestyles. Events are held on a regular basis throughout the year, including runs/walks, guest speakers, CPAC Wellness Challenge, and Salad Club.
