The bombed Building A. The Yugoslav Ministry of Defence building Yugoslav General Staff with the ruins and in the same condition after the 1999 NATO bombing. NATO bombed twice on 29/30 April 1999 the building as a military importance target and then once on the midnight of 7 to 8 May, 1999. Nowadays it is a protected monument showing the suffering of Serbia during the NATO war.
