But, when the editors are Mr William Davis (left), who is Editor of Punch magazine, and Mr Nadar Malazonia, chief editor of the Georgian ' Krokodil ', a Russian satirical magazine in Tbilisa, then life can be one joke. Mr Malazonia, recently spent 14 days in the British Isles, stopping first at Belfast, then Dublin on holiday with 16 other Russian tourists. Mr Davis was discussing co-operation on next year's International Exhibition of cartoons sponsored by Punch, at Punch's London
