RM2JB9P2T–Troon, UK. 04th June, 2022. 04 June 2022. Troon, UK. Troon Coastal Rowing Club (TCRC) held its annual regatta on the Firth of Clyde sailing from south beach Troon, Ayrshire, UK. The small boats are traditional, hand crafted, wooden, 4 crew, fishing skiffs, based on a 300 year old design. The race requires the competitors to row a set course of not less than 2 kilometres, leaving from the shore and on return, a team member has to take a stick of Troon rock (confectionery} and run to the finish line with it.
