Stuart Mesa Bridge is reopened for use at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, California, Feb. 15, 2019. The bridge was closed due to large amounts of debris that interrupted the water flow under the bridge which caused the surrounding water to seep around onto the road making it dangerous to cross.
