The Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted a retirement ceremony today at the Nauticus Campus in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia. The ceremony was for Captain Mitchell, from Naval Medical Center-Portsmouth. Members of his command, family members, friends and invited guests were in attendance during the ceremony.
