THE MINISTER OF HEALTH - 49-year-old Mr. Henry Urmston Willink M.P., National Conservative member for Croydon, was appointed Minister of Health in November 1943. After serving in the Royal Field Artillery throughout the last war (during the course of which he received the Military Cross, a mention in Dispatches and the Croix de Guerre avec Palme), Mr. Willink was called to the Bar in 1920. He became a K.C. in 1935, and in 1940 was made Special Commissioner for the London Region. He has been Chancellor of the Diocese of Rochester since 1942. A married man, Mr. Willink is the father of two sons
