The new two-seater plane demonstrated at Hounslow. New light aeroplane, the Tipsy two-seater, was demonstrated for the first time at Hounslow. The new machine, fitted with a 50 hp engine, has a top speed of 124 miles an hour and cruises at about 100 miles an hour. It has a ceiling of 19,600 feet and a range of 500 miles. The accommodation is side-by-side and the machine can be piloted by either occupant. The cost of the machine will be about £400.
