The police officers march with the flags of China and Hong Kong during the parade. A police passing out parade is held at the Hong Kong Police College. More than one hundred police officers have graduated from the Police College this month. The parade symbolize they have finished their studying at the police college and become a formal police officer from now on. The Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations), Mr Yuen Yuk-kin, was the reviewing officer at the passing-out parade of probationary inspectors and recruit police constables.
