The Raven at Hexton, Hexton, Hertfordshire, was built-in half-timbered style to match other buildings renovated by George Hodgson in the village. It was named The Raven of Ravensburgh which can still be seen on a marvellous decoration above the doorway. Ravensburgh is a reference to Ravensburgh Castle which is one mile south west on the Barton Hills.
