The image is off the Ribblehead Viaduct on the Settle to Carlisle railway at the head of of Chapel Le Dale, not far from the village of Ingleton. The Viaduct being well over 100 years old requires more or less a constant cycle of maintenance and repairs shown here with very impressive scaffolding in stark contrast to wooden gantries and hard manual labour needed to construct this famous structure.
