Colorado National Monument, Grand Junction, Colorado, USAMore information:
Colorado National Monument is part of the USA’s National Park Service network, and can be accessed by travelling the 23 mile Rim Rock Drive starting out from the town of Grand Junction. Many travellers whiz past this spot on their way hurrying to the better known National Parks nearby. You would be making a big mistake if you miss this spot out, as the scenery is on a par with some of the best in the Utah National Parks. Enjoy the sandstone pillars and high altitude vistas from any of the little trails that head off from the Park road.
