Westminster, London, UK. 28th November, 2023. Workmen were replacing some of the grass turf at Parliament Square today outside the Palace of Westminster in London. A notice from Greater London Authority said "Due to the heavy rain, the lawn is waterlogged and slippery. The lawn is fenced to provide a period of time for the area to drain and the grass to recover. Please use the paved walkways during this time".
